Canyon Cedar ships products via the most economical and reliable carriers. Smaller products are usually shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. Other products are shipped via common carriers. Canyon Cedar uses freight companies that do not interline with other carriers to reduce the risk of damage. Products are shipped F.O.B Wichita, Ks. The customer is ultimately responsible or the freight charges. Canyon Cedar will repay the freight and add it to the invoice on a separate line indicating it as "shipping and crating charge".
All estimates are good for a period of 30 days.
All products are packaged according to NMFC regulations to ensure the product arrive in good condition. Each carton or crate is labeled with the contents, PO#, and any other pertinent information.
All invoices are mailed, faxed, or emailed to your "Accounts Receivable". Terms set at time of account set up.
